Mica Fensler is a nursing educator and healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, academic instruction, and care coordination. She currently serves as pre-licensure nursing faculty at ¶¶Òõ̽̽App, where she supports students through the application of clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and clinical reasoning, curriculum development, advising, and transcultural learning rooted in Christ-centered values and a commitment to inclusion.

Her clinical background includes roles in case management, ambulatory care, inpatient care, and home health, with a focus on patient-centered models and interdisciplinary collaboration. Mica has worked across pediatric, pediatric ICU, and wellness settings, always striving to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Western Governors University, a BSN from ¶¶Òõ̽̽App, and an ASN from Purdue–IPFW. Mica approaches her work with gratitude and a deep desire to serve, learn, and help others thrive.
