Beth Bailey is the Associate Dean of the RN BSN program at ¶¶Òõ̽̽App. A two-time ¶¶Òõ̽̽App alum, Beth has served as a Registered Nurse for 20 years, practicing in areas including pediatrics, medical-surgical, and dialysis before transitioning to the role of nurse educator.

Her special interests include relationship building, cross-cultural nursing, and serving vulnerable and underserved populations.

Beth had been married to Laren for 27 years and they are the parents of three adult children, two son-in-laws, and two teenagers still at home. Most fun are their 5 grandsons—Joshua, Solomon, Ezekiel, Kase, and Granger!
